Cross Creek Ranch is a master-planned community in Fulshear, developed by Johnson Development, and it is one of the places where we have photographed our own work: a cedar privacy fence tied into a black ornamental iron gate.
Who governs fences here
The community's own site says every exterior modification, front or back yard, needs Design Review Committee approval before construction. Owners submit a Modification Request Form from the community document library and use the Design Guidelines there. The committee is made up of volunteer residents, and the community site states a review window of up to 30 days.
