We measure, look at grade and gates and talk through options. We're usually able to schedule an estimate within about a week.
- 2Approval or permit, if required
Most master-planned communities require HOA approval. The city or county may require a permit depending on location. See the HOA guide and permits by jurisdiction.
- 3Utility marking and materials
Before digging, underground utilities need to be located. We order or reserve materials once approvals are in. Lead time varies with material.
- 4Build
Typical installation time: Most fence projects take one to two days once scheduled, and pool fences one to three days. Weather can delay concrete and finishing.
- 5Walk-through
We check the work with you, clean up and answer questions.
